StainSorted is a static website.
- No accounts, no forms, no advertising. We ask for nothing and store nothing about you on our side.
- Analytics and regional defaults. We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which guides people use. StainSorted defaults analytics storage to denied in the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland until you accept. Elsewhere, analytics storage defaults to granted unless you decline. [1] Your choice is stored only in your browser under the localStorage key
analytics-consent. Clear this site's stored data to reset that choice. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal and you have not made a stored choice, we treat the signal as a decline and do not show the banner. - What “denied” means. This site uses Advanced Consent Mode, so the Google tag loads in every region. When analytics storage is denied, Google Analytics does not read or write analytics cookies, but it can receive consent state and measurements without cookies for basic measurement and modeling; full measurement is sent only after consent is granted. - Stain Sorter. The tool runs entirely in your browser. Your selections stay on your device; sharing links encode your selections in the link itself and are seen by the people and services you send them through.
- Hosting. The site is served by GitHub Pages, which may log requests such as IP addresses as part of operating the service.
- Fonts. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the requests needed to serve the files — see the Google Fonts privacy FAQ.
- External links. Sources and forum links lead to sites with their own privacy practices.
If advertising or any further data collection is added, this page and the consent controls must be updated before that change goes live.
